智通财经APP讯，信基沙溪(03603)发布公告，于2024年5月30日举行的本公司股东周年大会上，罗兵咸永道会计师事务所(罗兵咸永道)获续聘为本公司核数师(核数师)，任期至本公司下届股东周年大会结束为止及本公司董事会获授权厘定其酬金。
考虑到本公司业务规模、成本控制压力及预定的审计费用并不符合本公司目前的业务规模，董事会已议决建议罗兵咸永道辞任核数师，罗兵咸永道已接纳并辞任核数师，自2024年12月31日起生效(辞任)。
董事会根据审核委员会的建议，已议决委任中正天恒会计师有限公司(中正天恒)为新核数师，以填补辞任后的临时空缺，自2024年12月31日起生效，任期直至本公司下届股东周年大会结束。
