智通财经APP讯，天时资源(08028)发布公告，董事会欣然宣布于2024年12月30日，附属公司时信技术有限公司(公司的间接全资附属公司)与认购方智算数字有限公司订立认购协议，据此认购方同意认购，而附属公司同意以认购价79.2万港元配发及发行认购股份，占附属公司于完成后经发行认购股份及TI认购股份而扩大的已发行股本9.9%。于完成后，附属公司余下的90.1%已发行股本(经认购股份及TI认购股份扩大后)将由天时讯息技术(公司的间接全资附属公司)以总认购价约720.8万港元认购TI认购股份的方式持有。附属公司拟将主要从事于提供高效运作所需的数字化管理软件转型、数据集中存储管理、AI数据分析等软硬件解决方案，包括自主研发的：企业信息化业务系统，数据资产管理系统，BI系统，业财一体化系统，数据交换服务系统等领先软件，可部署在云端SaaS及本地一体机;及持续开发高效能软硬件系统助力客户业务持续增长。
