Littelfuse (LFUS) said Monday it completed the acquisition of a 200-millimeter wafer fab from Elmos Semiconductor, which will become effective Tuesday.
The electronics manufacturing company said in June it planned to purchase the fab, located in Dortmund, Germany, for 93 million euros ($96.6 million).
