智通财经APP获悉，Kaken Pharmaceutical近日宣布，该公司已与强生公司强生(JNJ.US)就STAT6项目的全球开发、制造和商业化达成许可协议。根据协议条款，Kaken将授予强生公司在全球范围内开发、制造和商业化STAT6项目的独家许可，包括KP-723，一种处于临床前开发阶段的口服STAT6抑制剂。该项目拟开发用于治疗自身免疫性和过敏性疾病，包括特应性皮炎(AD)。
Kaken将从强生公司获得3000万美元的预付款，以及有资格根据开发进度和销售里程碑获得高达12.175亿美元的后续款项。另外，Kaken有资格获得Johnson & Johnson Innovation - JJDC(强生公司的风险投资组织)的股权投资。Kaken将推进完成KP-723的1期临床试验，之后强生公司将进行全球临床开发和商业化。Kaken将保留在日本的商业化权利，而强生公司将有权与Kaken签订共同推广协议。
