贵州银行拟零元受让铜仁丰源80%股份
财中社12月30日电贵州银行（06199）发布公告，拟以零元对价受让铜仁丰源村镇银行有限公司其他股东所持铜仁丰源80%的股份，并将其改建为支行。此举旨在贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于关于村镇银行改革化险工作精神及监管部门有关意见和要求。公告中提到，铜仁丰源的注册资本为1.92亿元，截至2024年11月末，其资产总额为15.06亿元，负债总额为14.23亿元，存款余额为13亿元，贷款余额为11.26亿元。
根据独立会计师事务所和资产评估机构的评估结果，贵州银行将通过签订《股权转让协议》的方式完成此次股权收购，收购后持股比例将达到100%。贵州银行及铜仁丰源将按照监管部门要求履行行政许可审批程序，并做好对铜仁丰源网点、人员、资产、负债及业务的承继安排。
