Compass Diversified (CODI) said Monday it completed the sale of its majority-owned subsidiary The Ergo Baby Carrier to Dallas, Texas-based private investment firm Highlander Partners.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Compass Diversified said it would use proceeds to pay down debt and for general corporate purposes.
