智通财经APP获悉，Wabtec(WAB.US)周一宣布以6900万美元现金收购工业加热应用公司Bloom Engineering。Bloom Engineering将加入Wabtec，成为其货运和工业部件集团的一部分。这家总部位于匹兹堡的公司预计，通过整合Bloom Engineering在燃烧器、燃烧系统以及工业和过程加热应用的整体服务方面的先进技术，此次收购将加强其传热和能源解决方案的组合。
展望未来，Bloom Engineering与Wabtec现有产品和服务组合的结合将加速高利润领域的全球增长，同时为全球客户群提供更高的价值。
