智通财经APP讯，浙江沪杭甬(00576)发布公告，于2024年12月30日，本公司与交投人才订立人力资源业务外包服务框架协议，交投人才承诺为本集团的若干工作岗位提供外包服务。
为符合国有资产监督管理委员会劳务派遣用工比例的要求，并确保本集团人员的高效管理，本公司与交投人才订立人力资源业务外包服务框架协议，将劳务外包服务统一委托给交投人才，将把本集团目前分散的劳务外包模式整合为统一的方式。该转变将精简运营，优化资源配置，并促进外包项目的平稳过渡，提高劳务外包管理实践的整体效率。
交投人才在劳务外包服务方面具有丰富经验，具备相关专业能力，能为人力资源业务外包服务框架协议提供所需服务。此外，交投人才作为交通集团的附属公司，完全了解本集团的经营需要，能与本集团保持有效沟通，为本集团提供相关服务。人力资源业务外包服务框架协议项下拟进行的交易现时及将来均在本集团的日常业务过程中进行，而本集团向交投人才支付的代价不会高于市场平均价格，亦不逊于独立第叁方就类似服务向本集团提供的价格。
