WiMi Hologram Cloud (WIMI) shares were down more than 15% premarket Monday after the company said it filed for a potential offering of securities for an aggregate offering price of up to $300 million.
In a preliminary filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company said it may sell class B ordinary shares, preferred shares, warrants, debt instruments, subscription rights or any combination thereof.
