天津银行成功发行50亿元金融债券，票面利率1.78%
财中社12月30日电天津银行（01578）发布关于金融债券发行的公告。公司于2024年12月26日完成了“天津银行股份有限公司2024年金融债券（第二期）”的簿记建档，并于2024年12月30日正式发行完毕，债券的起息日同样为2024年12月30日。
本期债券的发行总规模为50亿元，采用三年期固定利率，票面利率为1.78%。募集资金将用于保持整体负债规模稳定、优化负债结构，并用于符合授信政策的优质资产项目。
