金科服务签租赁协议 年租金逐年递增
财中社12月30日电金科服务（09666）发布公告，宣布与金科集团附属公司签订租赁协议，涉及涪陵酒店和开州酒店的租赁。涪陵酒店的租赁期限为2025年1月1日至2031年12月31日，年租金逐年递增，从2025年的523万元起，至2031年达624万元。开州酒店的租赁也同样为期七年，年租金从2025年的377万元起，至2031年增至450万元。
根据租赁协议，收购的使用权资产总值预计不超过5180万元，将根据香港财务报告准则第16号确认在综合财务状况表中。由于涉及的适用百分比率超过0.1%但低于5%，因此该交易需遵守相关申报和公告规定，但获豁免股东批准的要求。此举旨在确保公司持续经营酒店业务，促进收入增长。
