前CFO涉嫌帮大股东挪用超百万资产，公司已报案！
12月26日晚间，石油贸易公司海峡石油化工（00852）发布公告称，根据公司近期内部财务审查发现，前CFO关珮珊女士可能于2022年内滥用职权，并与公司纸执行董事王健生先生及其子王鹏先生合谋，透过向王鹏先生作出未经授权的报销方式挪用公司资产。涉嫌挪用资产的金额初步估计超过百万港元，其中大部分用于王鹏先生的个人消费及购买奢侈品。目前，公司表示已向警方报案。
事实上，海峡石油化工近月陷股东争斗，包括上月有股东寻求罢免王健生以外的所有董事，包括姚国梁、马毅、邓珩，王健生又向法院申请命令，要求发新股前须向他发通知；及本月初姚国梁称已就香港的法律诉讼提交另一份誓章，又于开曼群岛大法院就公司提出清盘呈请。
海峡石油化工12月27日收盘报0.178港元，总市值3.8亿港元。
