12月30日金融一线消息，宜宾银行今日公告称，公司拟全球发售6.88亿股股份，其中香港发售股份6884.00万股，国际发售股份6.20亿股，另有1.03亿股超额配股权。招股日期为2024年12月30日至2025年1月8日，预期股份将于2025年1月13日开始在港交所买卖。建银国际金融有限公司、工银国际融资有限公司为联席保荐人。
