　　甘肃银行（02139）发布公告，为进一步缓解该行承担的不良资产压力，该行拟透过公开竞价方式处置债权资产，本金余额及利息合计约人民币6.53亿元。完成公开竞价评选程序后，该行确认甘肃资管为公开竞价的胜出方。于2024年12月27日，该行与甘肃资管签订资产转让合同，据此该行同意将债权资产以人民币1.15亿元的代价转让予甘肃资管。

　　公告称，债权资产属于该行的不良资产。债权资产转让有利于缓解该行承担的不良资产压力，同时这也是盘活信贷资源及充分利用市场化手段处置不良资产的有效办法，能够降低该行资产损失、提升资产质量，并进一步夯实该行高质量发展的基础。
