　　维太创科（06133）公布，于2024年12月20日，公司与深圳市新果实信息合伙企业（有限合伙）订立不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录，内容有关潜在收购江西新四季科技有限公司由卖方持有的若干股权，据此，该公司建议收购而卖方建议出售目标公司不少于20%的股权总额。

　　据悉，目标公司主要业务为提供产品及服务，包括手机、人工智能（AI）、智能手机相机模组、虹膜识别模组、扬声器及接收器、教育设备：及无人机模组。目标公司的生产设施位于中国江西。目前，目标公司拥有约20名客户。目标公司的主要客户包括中国大型手机及智能手机制造商及中国大型无人机制造商。
