西门子（Siemens）首席财务官拉尔夫·托马斯（Ralf Thomas）周一透露，该公司正在评估其在医疗技术子公司Siemens Healthineers的多数股权。

　　托马斯在接受采访时表示，西门子与这家核磁共振成像设备和实验室系统制造商之间的协同效应不足以证明450亿欧元（469.1亿美元）的资本承诺是合理的。他指的是西门子所持Siemens Healthineers的75%股权的价值。

　　“我们正在评估西门子在医疗保健领域的经济机会。我们将由此得出Healthineers作为一项投资的作用程度。然后我们将从中得出结论，”他补充说，结果将在2025年底西门子的“资本市场日”上公布。

　　西门子于2018年剥离了Siemens Healthineers，并将其单独上市。到目前为止，西门子一直坚称将保留该公司的多数股权。

　　不过，托马斯最近表示，在可预见的未来，西门子可能出售Healthineers约5%的股份，为收购美国软件公司Altair 提供资金。

　　托马斯周一还表示，西门子仍致力于Mobility列车部门，尽管投资者曾多次呼吁剥离该部门。

　　“这项业务在我们手里很好。我认为目前我们没有任何必要放弃它，”他说。
