保利物业调整发售款项用途，战略投资资金降至7.57亿港元
财中社12月31日电保利物业（06049）发布公告，内容涉及对全球发售所得款项用途的进一步更改。根据董事会的批准，公告中详细列出了截至2024年11月30日的未动用所得款项净额及其修订后的用途分配。此次修订包括将用于把握战略投资机会、数字化及智能化管理系统升级和运营资金等方面的资金分配进行了调整。
公告指出，将用于把握战略投资机会的资金从9.65亿港元调整为7.57亿港元，占比由18.5%降至14.5%。同时，数字化及智能化管理系统升级的资金由4.7亿港元调整为2.61亿港元，占比由9%降至5%。运营资金的用途则由5.22亿港元调整为9.39亿港元，占比由10%增至18%。整体而言，所得款项净额的用途分配变更旨在提升资金管理灵活性，以更好地支持公司的持续增长与发展。
