　　SOHO中国（00410）公布，由于罗兵咸永道会计师事务所未能就截至 2024年度的建议审计酬金与公司达成共识，罗兵咸永道辞任公司核数师，自2024年12月30日起生效。

　　根据审核委员会的建议，致同（香港）会计师事务所有限公司已获委任为公司核数师，自2024年12月30日起生效，以填补罗兵咸永道辞任后的临时空缺。致同的任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
