0417 GMT - Horizon Robotics is likely to report higher revenue in coming years, according to Deutsche Bank research analyst Bin Wang in a research note. Revenue is likely to achieve a 42% compound annual growth rate, rising from CNY2.2 billion in 2024 to CNY17.8 billion in 2030, Wang says. Due to relatively low product solution delivery volumes, DB anticipates that Horizon Robotics will experience losses in 2024 and 2025, before becoming profitable at the operating level in 2026. The analyst starts coverage with a buy rating on the stock and a target price of HK$5.00. Shares are last traded 3.5% lower at HK$3.60. (tracy.qu@wsj.com)
