大凌集团(00211.HK) 公布，附属长雄就于2016年首次提交并于2018年失效的上市申请，长雄于当中担任独家保荐人，被公开谴责及罚款300万元。于决定采取有关处分时，证监会已考虑长雄在解决证监会提出的关注事项方面表现合作。
集团指，长雄负责上市申请之交易团队全体成员，包括负责监督上市申请并于2024年9月23日被证监会吊销牌照九个月之保荐人主要人员，均已离开长雄。自2018年上市申请失效后，长雄管理层及董事会亦已有重大变动。预计罚款不会对公司财务状况构成重大影响。(ha/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
