智通财经APP获悉，内房股早盘普跌，截至发稿，远洋集团(03377)跌5.6%，报0.236港元；融创中国(01918)跌3.8%，报2.28港元；富力地产(02777)跌3.57%，报1.35港元；新城发展(01030)跌2.23%，报1.75港元。
平安证券指出，本周重点50城新房成交环比升5.1%，12月(截至27日)日均成交同比增长25.6%，环比增长16.6%。本轮重点城市已连续3个月维持高位，持续性远好于2023年8月“认房不认贷”和2024年“5.17”新政。但近期地产板块表现依旧承压，反映市场对成交持续性仍存疑。下个关键时点为春节前后，若重点城市成交维持高位，并带来价格变化，或引发基本面修复行情，若春节前后至3月成交逐步走弱，市场或重回政策博弈。
花旗此前发布研报称，中央继续推动内房市场止跌回稳；加大城市更新力度；充分释放住屋/升级需求；控制土地供应，活化现有土地或非住宅物业；建立新的发展模式等政策。内房板块的估值似乎受到多个基本面利好因素支持，相信支持楼市政策正朝着正确方向发展，但需要时间。
