上海八批次土拍揽金192.25亿，民企宸嘉发展、贝壳入局
南方财经12月31日电，12月30日-31日，上海2024年第八批次集中土拍顺利举行，7宗地块全部成交，总金额192.25亿，整体溢价率16.6%。民企宸嘉发展、贝壳旗下贝好家上海分别以40%、13.8%溢价拿下徐汇、奉贤新城地块。其中，宸嘉发展以43.8亿拿下徐汇龙华地块，是该公司在上海第二次拿地。贝好家则以6.97亿拿下奉贤新城地块，实现首次在一线城市投资。据悉，该项目初步定位刚需、刚改属性，将全程由贝好家自主操盘。两家民企拿地金额占比本轮土拍地价总额26.4%。（21世纪经济报道）
