【环球网金融报道 记者谭雅文】12月30日，据国家金融监督管理总局甘肃监管局批复，核准张东辉信达金融租赁有限公司董事长的任职资格。
官网资料显示，信达金融租赁有限公司(简称“信达金租”)由中国信达资产管理股份有限公司(控股99.92%)于2010年对原西部租赁实施重组后成立，公司注册地位于兰州，分设北京、兰州两个办公区，注册资本金35.05亿元。
根据信达金租2023年度信息披露报告，2023年度，该公司股东由8家减至5家，中国信达收购了3家原股东股权。截至2023年末，公司总资产833.09亿元，总负债742.17亿元。租赁资产余额803.59亿元，其中融资租赁余额773.98亿元，经营租赁余额29.62亿元。2023年实现营业收入414049万元，净利润73517万元。
