Avira Resources (ASX:AVW) proposed to raise about AU$48,435 via the issue of 48.4 million new options, subject to shareholder approval, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The new options will be priced at AU$0.001 each, with an exercise price of AU$0.015 each, and an expiry date of Jun.30, 2027, the filing said.
Under the terms of the offer, all holders of the company's existing class of options, set to expire on Dec. 31, will receive priority to apply for the new options, the filing added.
The company added that any new options not applied for under the Priority Offer would be available for allocation to other applicants at the discretion of the mining firm, as per the filing.
