中信金融资产完成向中信集团转让金租公司60%股份
财中社12月31日电中信金融资产（02799）发布公告，公司向中信集团转让金租公司已发行股份的60%。根据公告，股份转让协议下的所有先决条件已获达成，出售事项已正式完成。
出售事项完成后，公司持有及保留金租公司25.03亿股股份，占其已发行股份的19.92%。金租公司将成为公司的联营企业，不再是附属公司，其财务业绩将不再合并至公司的财务报表。
