专题：2024年券商投行业务执业质量评价结果公布 11家评级获A类

　　2024年12月31日，中国证券业协会公布了2024年证券公司投行业务执业质量评价结果。

　　投行业务质量评价是对证券公司投行业务的综合性评价，统筹考虑了股票保荐、债券承销、并购重组财务顾问和股转公司（北交所）等四类投行业务的开展情况。2023年开展投行业务的96家证券公司中：A类11家、B类66家、C类19家。

　　96家证券公司中，17家投行业务执业质量评价进步。其中，7家公司从B类上升到A类，包括东方证券、国泰君安、海通证券、申万宏源、招商证券、中泰证券和中邮证券。10家公司从C类上升到B类，包括国盛证券、金圆统一、开源证券、山西证券、西部证券、西南证券、甬兴证券、中山证券、中天国富、中原证券。
