Keppel (SGX:BN4) completed the disposal of two of its data centre buildings for SG$1.38 billion, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The two buildings, KDC SGP 7 and KDC SGP 8 were sold to Perpetual Asia, the manager of Keppel DC REIT (SGX:AJBU).
Following the completion of the disposal, the manager has 99.49% economic interest in both buildings.
