智通财经APP讯，庆铃汽车股份(01122)发布公告，于2024年12月31日，重庆鈊渝、公司及泷运达新能源订立回购协议。
租赁物，为融资租赁合同项下泷运达新能源向重庆鈊渝租用的一批新能源车辆，车辆总数不超过1100辆;及租赁债权，为重庆鈊渝在融资租赁合同项下对泷运达新能源享有的与租赁物所对应的租赁债权(包括到期未付租金、对应租赁物的剩余价值(即拟回购租赁物数量乘以回购日租赁物价格计算)及对应租赁物的留购价款)。
公告称，为响应国家政策及政府要求，公司积极探索新能源商用车技术创新和商业模式变革，促进新能源智慧网联汽车产业链、创新链与资金链深度融合，培育壮大新能源商用车产业及市场。目前，虽然公司的新能源商用车销量在轻型商用车行业中有较快的增速，但总体销量仍偏低。基于新能源商用车一般购车成本较高，客户使用新能源商用车的方式从过往的买车模式陆续转变为租车模式。故此，租赁模式已成为拉动新能源商用车销量的重要途径。
