智通财经APP讯，太古股份公司A(00019)及太古股份公司B(00087)发布公告，有关收购泰国和老挝的可口可乐装瓶业务以及出售柬埔寨和越南的可口可乐装瓶业务少数权益。柬埔寨股份收购协议已于2024年12月31日完成交割(柬埔寨交易完成)。越南股本转让协议的交割仍受限于若干条件(包括取得适用的监管批准)。
在柬埔寨交易完成之后，柬埔寨附属公司已成为太古公司的非全资附属公司。
