近日，在“第二十届人民匠心奖” 评选活动中，奇富科技凭借在小微金融领域的大模型技术实践，成功获评 “人民匠心技术” 奖。奇富科技将自研的大语言模型技术引入业务，构建了创新性小微企业知识图谱及多模态数据融合技术，为小微金融领域带来了全新的发展思路与解决方案。

据介绍，创新性小微企业知识图谱涵盖关系图谱、产品图谱及事理图谱三个层面。关系图谱以高达 97.26% 的小微用户覆盖率，清晰梳理了用户之间的复杂关系；产品图谱包含 1.9 万不同领域的产品实体和上下位关系，覆盖了 81.3% 的小微用户，为精准识别用户需求提供了坚实依据；事理图谱则聚焦 300 余个小微企业行业事件和指标，覆盖超过 70% 的小微用户，能够深入洞察小微企业的运营规律。通过知识图谱，奇富科技能够准确识别出小微企业主或个体经营者，大幅提升服务精度，为小微企业提供更贴合实际需求的金融服务。

与此同时，多模态数据融合技术也展现出强大的效能。该技术可智能获取并融合小微经营者的多种材料，如纳税情况、经营流水、收入证明等，同时结合行业产业研报和经济指标，深入挖掘小微企业的核心信息，精准评估其经营状况。（经济日报记者 彭江）
