0430 GMT - Indian shares are lower, dragged by declines in technology stocks, following a U.S. tech selloff overnight. Tech Mahindra is down 2.3% and HCL Technologies is 1.6% lower. Among individual movers, Adani Wilmar slumps 7.7% on follow-through selling after Adani Enterprises said Monday afternoon that it will exit the consumer-goods joint venture with Singapore's Wilmar International. Investors are closely watching for any further escalation in Middle Eastern conflicts and the war in Ukraine. The benchmark Sensex is down 0.7% at 77696.30. (kosaku.narioka@wsj.com; @kosakunarioka)
