　　现代牧业（01117）发布公告，宣布与内蒙古蒙牛乳业（集团）股份有限公司签订财务共享服务框架协议。该协议将于2025年1月1日生效，至2027年12月31日到期，蒙牛将向公司提供会计核算相关的财务共享服务。根据协议，相关服务费用将采用成本加成定价方式，即蒙牛提供服务的总成本加上5%的固定百分比。每个财务年度的年度上限为800万元。
