Douugh (ASX:DOU) has completed its acquisition of US-based business-to-business financial technology platform Radical DBX effective Dec. 28, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
R-DBX will now be rebranded as Stakk Technologies while the financial technology firm itself will be renamed as Stakk Ltd with the ticker 'SKK,' the filing said.
The company said it plans to withdraw the first tranche of its AU$1 million facility from Relentless Fintech Partners in the fiscal third quarter.
Douugh shares plunged 25% at market close.
