智通财经APP讯，中国食品(00506)发布公告，廖洁仪女士(廖女士)在为公司服务20年后，退任香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.28条规定的本公司的公司秘书(公司秘书)及根据上市规则第3.05条规定的本公司的授权代表(授权代表)及香港法例第622章公司条例第16部项下的代表本公司于香港接受法律程序文件及通知的授权代表(法律程序文件代理人)，自2025年1月1日起生效。
廖女士退任后，罗永晞先生(罗先生)已获委任为本公司的公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，自2025年1月1日起生效。
