Oversea-Chinese Banking (SGX:O39) used another 4,903 treasury shares worth SG$66,1123 for its employee share scheme, a Tuesday Singapore bourse filing said.
Following the transaction, the number of treasury shares was reduced to 15,355,193, according to the lender.
