中国电力完成平圩发电11%股权出售 股权比例降至49%
财中社12月31日电中国电力（02380）发布自愿性公告，宣布已完成视作出售平圩发电11%股权给淮南矿业的事项。根据公告，增资扩股协议下的所有先决条件已达成，并于2024年12月30日完成交割。交割后，公司在平圩发电的股权由60%摊薄至49%，平圩发电不再是公司的附属公司，而转变为联营公司。
因此，集团将在其综合财务报表中采用权益法计入平圩发电的财务业绩及财务状况。这一变动将影响公司的财务报表及未来的财务表现。
