Jinke Smart Services Group's (HKG:9666) subsidiaries agreed to renew their lease of Fuling Hotel and Kaizhou Hotel in Chongqing, China, with Jinke Property Group's (SHE:000656) subsidiaries for another seven years, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The company's subsidiary, Chongqing Kezhen Hotel Management, agreed to continue leasing the Fuling Hotel from Chongqing Jinke Liangjiang Hotel from Jan 1, 2025, to Dec. 31, 2031.
Fuling Hotel has an above-ground gross floor area of 41,134.25 square meters and an ancillary underground gross floor area of 20,983.08 square meters.
Chongqing Kaizhou District Zhenke Hotel Management, another subsidiary of the company, agreed to continue to lease Kaizhou Hotel from Chongqing Kaizhou District Jinke Hotel for the next seven years.
Kaizhou Hotel has an above-ground gross floor area of 30,884.61 square meters and an ancillary underground gross floor area of 10,264.22 square meters.
Both hotels will be used for the provision of hotel and dining services by the group.
