在城市更新与回迁安置工作方面，深圳佳兆业佳园、深圳盐田区盐田三村、四村、西山吓村及社排小布村整体搬迁项目及深圳佳兆业云峰汇安居房等城市更新项目顺利完成回迁入伙，取得显著进展。
在境外债务重组方面，集团积极与债权人沟通，于8月与债权人小组订立重组支持协议，协议的核心内容包括发行新债券和强制可转债两种工具，新债券分为六档，合计50亿美元，而强制可转债分为八档，合计48亿美元，期限从三年到八年不等。(ta/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
