发展商指，价单8号为原价加推，涉及77个单位，包括及51个两房单位及26个三房单位。以折实价计算，呎价介乎11,654元至13,740元，折实平均呎价约12,248元。
销售安排第8号共154伙，将于本周五生效，包括137个价单单位及17个单位招标单位，价单单位以折实价计算入场费478.97万元。
