格隆汇12月31日丨中国电力(02380.HK)发布公告，有关公司视作出售平圩发电的11%股权予淮南矿业(“视作出售事项”)。于交割后，公司在平圩发电的股权已由60%摊薄至49%。平圩发电已不再为公司的附属公司，而成为了公司的联营公司。据此，集团将在其综合财务报表中，采用权益法计入平圩发电的财务业绩及财务状况。
