Swire Pacific (HKG:0019, HKG:0087) completed its disposal of a 30% stake in its Cambodian unit, CC Cambodia, to ThaiNamthip, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Following the move, the Cambodian unit became a non-wholly owned subsidiary of Swire Pacific.
Meanwhile, the sale of Swire Pacific's 30% holding in its Vietnamese unit, Coca-Cola Indochina, to the Thailand-based consumer goods company has yet to gain regulatory approval.
Both subsidiaries conduct bottling operations for The Coca-Cola Company.
Under a strategic bottling alliance agreement in February, Coca-Cola divested its stake in ThaiNamthip to both ThaiNamthip and Swire Pacific subsidiary Swire Coca-Cola.
Swire Pacific also completed the purchase of a 55.7% stake in ThaiNamthip in September.
