智通财经APP讯，中国电力(02380)发布公告，有关本公司视作出售平圩发电的11%股权予淮南矿业的相关事宜。增资扩股协议项下的所有先决条件均已获达成及╱或(在适用情况下)已获豁免，并于2024年12月30日完成交割。
于交割后，本公司在平圩发电的股权已由60%摊薄至49%。平圩发电已不再为本公司的附属公司，而成为了本公司的联营公司。据此，本集团将在其综合财务报表中，采用权益法计入平圩发电的财务业绩及财务状况。
