智通财经APP获悉，Kaufman Kapital周一向Alto Ingredients(ALTO.US)发出信函，表达了对公司当前业务战略的担忧。Kaufman Kapital及其负责人Daniel Kaufman是Alto Ingredients的最大股东，拥有约4.9%股份。
Kaufman Kapital在信中敦促Alto Ingredients尽快出售其伊利诺伊州Pekin园区，而不是追求“合作伙伴关系”的冒险战略，这种战略不太可能在风险调整的基础上实现股东价值最大化。
Daniel Kaufman表示：“我们看到Alto的股价与同行和有形净资产价值相比都有很大的折扣，原因有三个：资本支出分配不当，与同行相比经营业绩不佳，以及市场对该公司聘请古根海姆探索合作伙伴关系而不是简单地出售资产，尤其是Pekin园区，感到失望。”
Alto Ingredients是美国领先的特种酒精生产商和分销商。Alto Ingredients股价连续多年下跌，今年以来暴跌42%。
周一美股盘后，该股涨10.04%，报1.683美元。
