金蝶国际与云之家续签战略合作协议
财中社12月31日电金蝶国际（00268）发布公告，宣布与云之家签署新的战略合作框架协议。现有的战略合作框架协议将于2024年12月31日到期，预计双方的交易将继续进行。因此，金蝶中国与云之家于2024年12月31日签订了为期一年的新协议，自2025年1月1日起生效。
根据公告，云之家为徐先生控制的公司，因而与公司构成持续关联交易。预计2025年战略合作框架协议项下的交易适用百分比率超过0.1%但少于5%，需遵守上市规则第14A章的申报、公告及年度审核规定，但获豁免遵守独立股东批准的要求。
历史交易金额方面，截至2022年及2023年12月31日止年度，金蝶中国向云之家支付的总金额分别为约6283万元和5928万元。董事预计截至2025年12月31日止年度，金蝶中国应向云之家支付的最大总金额为1亿元。此协议将增强金蝶国际在企业互联网市场的竞争力和品牌影响力。
