融创服务续签物业管理协议 预计最高年度上限金额6亿元
财中社12月31日电融创服务（01516）发布公告，宣布与融创中国续订物业管理服务框架协议，服务期限为2025年1月1日至2027年12月31日。该框架协议需经独立股东在2025年1月21日的股东特别大会上批准。根据公告，2025年度至2027年度建议的年度上限金额均为6亿元，预计将依据服务的历史交易金额和融创集团未来业务发展情况进行调整。
公告中提到，融创服务在截至2024年6月30日的半年内来自融创集团的收入仅占其总收入的约2.7%。尽管融创集团存在未收回的应收款项，融创服务认为继续提供服务是必要的，因为大部分收入来自第三方业主，并且与融创中国的长期合作关系将有助于提升在管面积和未来收入。
