智通财经APP讯，国联证券(01456)发布公告，经股东于临时股东大会上批准，郭春明已获选举为第五届董事会独立非执行董事。郭春明将接替吴星宇担任公司独立非执行董事、董事会审计委员会委员及主任委员、薪酬及提名委员会委员及风险控制委员会委员职务，任期至第五届董事会任期届满之日止。
自郭春明任职之日起，吴星宇将不再担任独立非执行董事、董事会审计委员会委员及主任委员、薪酬及提名委员会委员及风险控制委员会委员等职务。
