消息面上，汇量科技发布公告，宣布其间接全资附属公司聚移国际与Marketlogic Technology于2024年12月27日签订了新数字营销服务(Mintegral)主协议及新数字营销服务(头部媒体)主协议。这些协议的签署是因为现有协议将于2024年12月31日到期，双方希望继续进行相关交易。
根据公告，Marketlogic Technology的全部已发行股本约42.63%由公司控股股东段威持有，因此该公司被视为公司的关联人士。新协议的年度交易上限建议为2025年至2027年每年2000万美元，而根据现有协议的历史交易金额，2022年、2023年和截至2024年11月30日的服务费分别为664万美元、1963万美元和1742万美元。
