花旗发布研究报告称，对粤海投资目标价为7.3港元，重申“买入”评级，因为预期其2025年6.7%的收益率将是香港公用事业股中最高；在处置粤海置地持股后，其盈利能见度将会提高；及其财务状况将会改善，明年的净负债权益比率将由28.5个百分点降至35.1%。
报告指，粤海投资拟分派粤海置地逾73%持股，剔除相关物业销售亏损和资产减值后，将粤投2025至2026年净利润预测上调36至41%，该股权将于2025年1月21日作为特别股息分配给粤投的股东。
