OIO Holdings Issues 30 Million Shares Following Notes Conversion

OIO (SGX:KUX) has issued 30 million new shares following the conversion of matured convertible notes, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The shares were issued at SG$0.0692 each, with 29.1 million shares corresponding to the principal and 1 million shares for second-year unpaid interest.

Following the issuance, OIO's total shares outstanding are 218 million, with the subscriber holding 13.8%. The new shares will be listed on SGX-ST's Catalist from Jan. 2, 2025.
