Thrive Tribe Technologies (ASX:1TT) will raise AU$1 million through the placement of 625 million shares with sophisticated and professional investors at AU$0.0016 apiece, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Proceeds will be used for working capital, the software firm said in the filing.
